Casserole Salmon Head
1.
Wash the salmon head. Cut into pieces and marinate for 10 minutes with appropriate amount of cooking wine and salt.
2.
Prepare ingredients and sauces. (This time or lack of onions~)
3.
Put a casserole on the electric ceramic stove, and put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in the casserole. Open a big fire.
4.
After the oil is hot, add the ingredients, stir fry a few times and add the marinated fish pieces without turning. Keep up the fire.
5.
Hear the creaking sound, pour a little cooking wine along the side of the pot, and pour the sauce on the fish pieces. No need to add water.
6.
Cover with medium heat and cook for 8 minutes. Finally, the fire burned for 30 seconds. Turn off the heat and serve ~ you can sprinkle the chives and dried chili shreds at the end.
7.
The finished product is delicious and fragrant, instantly grabbing it 😄.
