Casserole Stewed Tofu

Fry the tofu in an electric baking pan.

The celery is well cut.

chili. Cut the ginger and garlic.

Stir-fry the chili, ginger and garlic from the pan.

Add celery and stir fry. With salt.

Then add the tofu, add the dark soy sauce, and water, and simmer for a while.

Then put tofu on top.

Close the lid. Turn on high fire, turn to low fire, 15 minutes will do.
