1.
Ingredients: 250g high-gluten flour, 50g eggs, 50g milk, 45g water, 30g butter, 4g salt
Yeast 4g, caster sugar 30g, black sesame powdered sugar production steps:
Mix all the ingredients (except black sesame powdered sugar), knead until the dough becomes gluten, and then cover it with plastic wrap and ferment to about 3~4 times the size
2.
Then take out the dough and knead it well, expel the air inside. Divide the dough evenly into 8 small portions, round each portion, relax for 15 minutes, and roll each portion flat, then take one portion and roll it into a rectangular shape and sprinkle a row of black sesame powdered sugar on the side. Cut one side into strips, then roll the oiled sesame powder side to the right, and roll it to the cut strips!

Wrap each small strip on the dough to the left. After doing this for each small dough, let it relax again for about 20 minutes!
After the fermentation is complete, brush with a layer of egg liquid. Put 2 black sesame seeds in the front as the eyes of the caterpillar into the preheated oven, 180 degrees, middle level, upper and lower fire, about 18 minutes!

1. The method of black sesame powdered sugar: Use a cooking machine to break up the fried black sesame and the same amount of white sugar.
2. Pay attention to observation when baking, turn down the heat when the surface color is satisfactory, or cover it with a layer of tin foil!
