Catfish Stewed Tofu

Cut the catfish into sections for later use.

Cut the leek into sections.

Cut the ginger into slices and set aside.

Cut the tofu into small pieces.

Heat oil in a pot, add star anise and ginger and stir fry until fragrant.

Boil in soy sauce and cooking wine.

Add some cold water to the pot.

Add tofu after boiling.
