Catfish Tofu Soup

Remove the internal organs of the catfish, wash and chop into pieces

The diced catfish is marinated for a while with ginger slices and cooking wine

Water tofu cut into small cubes

Heat up a frying pan, add ginger slices and sauté

Tips:
1. The catfish is marinated with ginger slices and cooking wine for a while in advance to remove fishy;
2. There will be a little oil in the process of cooking fish soup, which can be skimmed off with a spoon so that the fish soup will not be too greasy;
3. Tofu choose soft tofu, the taste will be more tender and smooth;
4. Catfish is easy to cook, so it should not be simmered for too long, so as not to affect the taste.
