Cauliflower

Wash the fresh cauliflower. Break it into small pieces with your hands. Soak it in light salt water.

Put pork suet in the pot to melt the pork suet.

Add cauliflower. Stir fry evenly.

Add 2/3 of the water that has not covered the cauliflower and bring it to a boil.

Turn to medium heat and simmer until the cauliflower is soft.

Add salt and MSG. Turn on high heat, add green and red pepper segments and stir fry a few times.

Tips:
To make this cauliflower, blanching water does not require blanching, which will lose the nutrients of the cauliflower. We want to stir fry.
