Cauliflower Fried Pork

Cut the meat into strips, add cooking wine and soy sauce and marinate for 10 minutes.

Wash the cauliflower and cut into small pieces. Put it in the pot and blanch it, and it will be cut off.

Put oil in the pot, add green onion and ginger when it's 50% hot, and stir fry.

Stir-fry until the meat changes color, add the blanched cauliflower. Stir-fry evenly and add appropriate amount of salt.
Tips:
Don't blanch the cauliflower overripe, it won't be crispy and tastes bad.
