Cauliflower Stewed Meatballs

Wash the cauliflower and break into small flowers, and dice the carrots. The meatballs are taken out of the refrigerator to thaw.

The thawed meatballs have been deep-fried until they are crispy on the surface.

Blanch the diced cauliflower and carrots.

Add a bowl of starch water, sweet and sour soy sauce, salt cooking wine and blend into a bowl of juice for later use.

Put oil in the pan and add dried chili to fry until fragrant.

Add chopped green onion and ginger until fragrant.

Pour the juice into a bowl and bring to a boil until thick.

Add the fried meatballs and stir fry.

Add the cauliflower and carrots and continue to fry until the soup is dry.

Add chicken essence at the end.
