Cauliflower Stir-fried Bacon

The main materials are shown in the figure.

The cauliflower is broken into small flowers by hand, the carrots are cut into filaments, and the ginger and garlic are cut well.

Boil the bacon in hot water for a while.

Cut the bacon into slices.

Heat oil in a pot, stir-fry sliced ginger and garlic, stir-fry shredded carrots, and add a little water to boil.

While cooking the carrots, pour water in another pot and bring it to a boil, then add the cauliflower. Scald and fish out.

Pour bacon and stir fry. Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and stir fry, put in half a bowl of water, cover and simmer, and open the lid when there is a small amount of water in the pan.

Tips:
1Bacon is salty, don't put salt in it. Bacon is just eaten once a week.
