Cauliflower with Tomato Sauce
1.
Wash the cauliflower and soak in cold water for 15 minutes.

Boil the cauliflower in the pot and remove the water to drain.
3.
From the frying pan, stir the scallion and ginger into the pan
4.
Saute the tomato sauce in the pan.
5.
The cauliflower is fried in the pot.
6.
Stir-fry with sugar.
7.
Stir-fry with salt and monosodium glutamate.
8.
Stir-fry evenly before serving out of the pan.
Tips:
1. The main product of this dish is the taste of tomatoes, and it is not advisable to add a variety of condiments.
2. It is not advisable to add heavy condiments to this dish.
