Kelp, also called kelp, is salty in nature and tastes cold, and has the effect of softening and resolving phlegm, diverting water and releasing heat. suitable for majority of the people. Especially suitable for iodine deficiency, goiter, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, coronary heart disease, diabetes, arteriosclerosis, osteoporosis, dystrophic anemia, thinning hair, cirrhosis, ascites, and neurasthenia.

Cavity Bone Seaweed Soup

1. Soak the kelp knot in clean water for 2 hours and then clean it for later use

2. Remove the fish in a pot under the cold water of the cavity bones. After the water is boiled, remove the cavity bones and put them in cold water to rinse off the foam (forgive me for blanching the pork belly, save time, hehe~~)

3. Slice ginger, wash and set aside

4. Put the blanched cavity bones, kelp knots and ginger slices in the pot, boil for 20 minutes on high heat and then change to low heat for 1.5-2 hours

5. Add medlar 5 minutes before turning off the heat, and add salt after turning off the heat

Tips:

If the soup is more than one meal and you can't finish the meal, you can leave the salt in the soup bowl and put the salt in the soup bowl.
