Kelp Bone Soup

Ingredients: kelp (soaked and washed), meat bones (blanched)

Put the soaked and washed kelp on the chopping board and cut it

Put the blanched meat bones and cut kelp into the pressure cooker

Next, add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine

Add some water

Then, close the lid and cook for 20 minutes on medium-low heat, then turn off the heat

Open the lid after simmering until it is out of breath

Finally, add 1.5 tablespoons of salt

Add 0.5 scoop of MSG
