Celery

Wash celery and carrots.

Cut the celery into strips with an oblique knife.
3.
Cut carrots into shreds.
4.
Add water to a boiling pot and bring to a boil, blanch the celery in the pot.

Blanch the carrots in a pot.

Remove the blanched celery and carrots and place them in cold boiling water to cool them down.
7.
After cooling, remove and drain the water, put in a container, add salt and stir.

Add sesame oil and stir, stir evenly and put on a plate.
9.
Add oil and pepper to the pot, and fry the pepper to fragrant.
10.
Just pour hot pepper oil on the celery.
Tips:
1. The ingredients are blanched and soaked in cold boiled water to avoid nutrient loss.
2. Eat celery directly after soaking it, and be sure to use cold boiled water.
3. If you like spicy food, you can fry the fragrant peppers when you fry the pepper oil.
