Celery
1.
Spread the dried shrimps and dried scallops overnight;
2.
Tear off the ribs of celery, cut into strips, marinate in salt for about 20 minutes, rinse with cold boiled water, and arrange a plate;
3.
Strain the water of dried shrimps and scallops, then shred the dried dried shrimps and shredded scallops;
4.
Put the dried dried shrimp and scallop shreds in a small pot, add an appropriate amount of oil, and simmer in water;
5.
Add a little sesame oil to try if it is salty enough. If it is too light, use an appropriate amount of salt, stir well, and then spread it on the celery surface and mix well when eating.
Tips:
1. The celery will have a little bottom taste after being pickled with salt, and some water will come out, and it will feel soft and tough when eaten;
2. Don't put too much salt in the seasoning, put it after the taste has been tried, taking into account that the celery itself has a little bottom taste.
