Celery

Choose ordinary celery with wide roots or directly use celery, wash and cut into sections with an oblique knife. Use fresh lily to remove the roots and break into small pieces.

Pour the hot oil in a hot pan and stir-fry for a few times, and stir-fry for about one minute. Be careful not to overheat

Add the celery and stir fry a few times

Add appropriate amount of salt, white pepper and clam powder to improve the freshness. The celery does not need to be fried for too long. It can be cut off to keep the celery crisp
