For fear of growing flesh and taking into account the burden of the stomach, I like to cook some porridge with a light side dish for dinner, and tonight I have a plate of celery and cashew nuts.

Ingredients

Celery and Cashew Nuts

1. Wash celery and cut into sections

2. Bring the water in the pot to a boil, add celery, salt and a few drops of vegetable oil and blanch for 3 minutes

3. Spread the fried celery in cold water and drain the water

4. Add two tablespoons of material oil to celery

5. Mix well

6. Add cashew nuts and some salt, mix well

7. Just install it

Tips:

My material oil is made with pepper, aniseed, dried cinnamon and chili and hot oil. This vegetable oil is more flavorful than sesame oil, so I always have it in my kitchen.
