Celery and Lily Peanuts

Wash the peanuts and soak them in clean water for more than 30 minutes, add water to the boiling pot, add an appropriate amount of salt, star anise, cinnamon, and bring to a boil on high heat. Add peanuts and cook for about 30 minutes on medium heat.

Wash the celery, blanch it in a pot of boiling water, remove it, drain off the water and cut into sections for later use

Cut off the roots and outer skin of the lily, divide them into slices, wash them, blanch them in a pot of boiling water, and remove them for later use.

Put the celery, lily, and peanuts on a plate, put an appropriate amount of salt, and sesame oil and mix well.
