Celery Beef Shreds

Pickled peppers, soaked ginger and cut into foam for later use.

Wash celery and cut into sections for later use.

Shred beef, add starch and appropriate amount of water, add raw eggs and mix well.

Heat the pan, add oil to the high fire, and stir-fry the beef.
5.
Add garlic, pickled pepper, pickled ginger, red 99 twice-cooked pork seasoning, stir fry until fragrant.
6.
Add appropriate amount of cooking wine, sugar, and soy sauce in the middle.
7.
Add celery and stir-fry a few times before starting the pan.
