Celery Cake

Cornmeal, celery leaves, eggs, milk

Celery leaves chopped

Add corn flour, salt, and an egg to the cut celery leaves.

Add milk and stir, being careful not to be too thin.

Grab a small piece of dough and place it in the palm of your hand, and flatten it with your other hand.

Put a little oil in a non-stick pan and fry on low heat
7.
Fry it until both sides are golden and there are mushy flowers, it will be cooked.
