Celery Chicken Feet

8 chicken feet, 100G celery, 10G shredded ginger, 3 red peppers, 15ML of Maggi spicy sauce, a little salt.

Cut off the toes of the chicken feet, then wash them and put them in boiling water and cook for about 8 minutes.

Take out the cold water and let it cool.

During the cooking of the chicken feet, peel off the ginger, wash and cut into shreds, wash the celery and shred, and cut the red pepper into two pieces for use.

Cut the cold chicken feet into half and put them in a container.

Add shredded ginger in the chicken feet, stir half and evenly with salt, and marinate for a while.

Add shredded celery and washed red pepper to the marinated chicken feet and mix well.
Tips:
Chili peppers can be dried in the sun after they are mature. The quality requirements of peppers: as fresh food, peppers should be of uniform size, firm skin, thick and thin meat, crisp and fresh, and free of insect bites, black spots and rot.
