Celery Egg Noodle Soup

Ingredients: dried noodles (forgot to shoot.), eggs, celery leaves.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add celery leaves to blanch, remove and cool with cold water.

Remove and squeeze out the water.

Put water in a pot to boil, add salt and dried noodles, scatter the noodles with chopsticks to prevent adhesion.
5.
Bring to a boil again and beat in the eggs.
6.
Boil until the egg white is set.
7.
Add celery leaves.
8.
Pour in sesame oil.
9.
Bring to the boil, add the chopped green onion and turn off the heat.
10.
Put the noodles into a bowl and eat.
Tips:
Put water in a pot to boil, add salt, add some dried noodles and scatter them with chopsticks to prevent sticking.
