Celery Enoki Mushroom

Flammulina velutipes, withdrawn into twigs, soaked;

Drain.

Celery, remove the leaves, soak, wash and cut into sections, put it in boiling water with oil and salt to dry off;

Drain into cold water and set aside.

Less oil, add garlic slices;

Pour the drained celery section;

Down enoki mushroom

Stir fry until spitting juice, add oyster sauce;
9.
Stir-fry and take out of the pan, add the spicy millet.
Tips:
If you are accustomed to eating celery, you can stir-fry it directly without simmering it; using oyster sauce can increase the freshness, enhance the flavor and collect the juice.
