My kids are afraid of thorns and fishy when they eat fish. I deliberately changed the method. I fried the fish and then burned it. The fish produced in this way has less fishy smell, and the fried fish tastes fragrant. I chose this African crucian carp. There are also fewer thorns, which is very suitable for children to eat.

Celery Fish

1. The fish pieces are marinated with salt, corn starch, ginger and cooking wine, and then fried in a frying pan until fragrant.

2. Remove the fried fish pieces.

3. Wash celery and cut into sections.

4. Heat oil in the pan, add ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.

5. Add the fish cubes.

6. Add half a bowl of water and cook.

7. Boil until the moisture is dry.

8. Add celery.

9. Add some chicken essence to taste.

10. Cook until the celery is cooked.

11. Plate.

Tips:

1. Add salt, cornstarch, ginger and cooking wine to the fish in advance, mix well and marinate.
2. Add some celery or raw pepper to make it more fragrant and more delicious.
