I used to insist on drinking celery juice because of high blood pressure...the taste is a bit big...the porridge is much better...and it has a refreshing fragrance

Celery Leaf Millet Porridge

1. Wash and drain the celery leaves

2. Wash the millet thoroughly, add water and boil to a low heat.

3. Chop the celery leaves

4. Pour into the boiling millet porridge
