Celery Mixed with Black Fungus

Celery fungus. Wash and cut and set aside.

Red pepper, garlic, cut well, sugar + vinegar + flavored soy sauce + some cold boiling water to make juice and set aside.

Bring the water in the pot to a boil and add some salt.

Add black fungus and cook for 3 minutes.
5.
Then add the celery and cook for a while.
6.
Drain the water and put it in the dish.
7.
Add garlic diced, red pepper, and drizzle with sauce sesame oil.
8.
Mix well and serve.
