Celery Mixed with Fungus

Prepare the ingredients

Black fungus soaks well, removes impurities and washes.

Tips:
1. Put some salt and vegetable oil in the water for blanching celery to make the blanched celery green.
2. Don't blanch the celery for long, just remove it when it's wilted.
