Celery Mixed with Peanuts

Wash the peanuts, add star anise, salt, pepper, pour in warm water to soak the peanuts for 1 hour, then cook for 10 minutes.

Remove the cooked peanuts and let cool.

Cut celery and carrots into cubes and set aside.

Pour an appropriate amount of water into a pot and bring to a boil, add carrots and diced celery, and blanch for 2 minutes.

Remove the blanched diced radish and celery, control the moisture and let cool.

Add the cooked peanuts, and then add a few drops of sesame oil.

Add a little chicken essence and salt, mix well and serve.
Tips:
1. The peanuts need to be soaked before cooking, which saves time and fire.
2. How much salt can be added when cooking peanuts according to personal taste, but I prefer to put more, so that the cooked peanuts are more delicious.
