Celery Salad

Prepare all ingredients

Remove the roots and yellow leaves of celery, wash them, do not throw away the roots, wash and boil water to drink, it will help lower blood pressure.

Add celery, blanch until soft and discolored, remove

Tips:
1. The blanching time of celery should not be long, it can be discolored and broken, about 40 seconds.
2. Add some oil and salt when blanching green vegetables, which can not only give the vegetables a bottom taste, but also make the color of the vegetables more green and refreshing.
3. Make cold dishes, the side dishes inside, can be added according to your family's taste.
