Celery Salad

Add boiling water to the yellow mustard to make a paste, stir in a circular motion for a while, then seal it with plastic wrap and store it in the refrigerator.

Wash celery and cut into inch pieces

Boil the celery after boiling water in the pot. You can put the celery stalks first, and then cook the leaves. Don't cover the lid while cooking, otherwise the vegetables will turn yellow. After cooking, remove the water and squeeze it out; then add the vermicelli or noodles to cook and remove.

Take out the yellow mustard from the refrigerator, add the pepper noodles, ginger powder, salt, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, splash it with hot oil, then add the balsamic vinegar, stir well, pour it into the celery and stir evenly.
