Wash celery and slice obliquely, mince garlic

Boil water in a pot, add a little salt and two drops of oil, put the celery in and blanch for 1 minute

Put the celery leaves in and burn them to turn off the heat

Remove and drain

Place celery on a plate, add minced garlic, a little salt, sugar, oyster sauce, sesame oil and mix well.
Tips:
1 The salt is added to the boiling water for the bottom taste, and the oil is added to maintain the color of the vegetables.
2 This time I used relatively tender celery, if it is older, the tendons can be removed.
3 Celery leaves are also a good thing. Don't lose them. When the celery is blanched, put it in and burn it to turn off the heat.
