Celery Stir-fried Beef

Remove the leaves and roots of celery, wash and cut into sections.

Heat the pan, pour in a proper amount of oil, add shredded beef and stir fry (shredded beef is bought in the supermarket with sauce).

Stir-fry until the color changes, add the chopped green onion and ginger, and fry until fragrant.
4.
Add celery and stir fry.
5.
Stir-fry until the celery is broken and season with salt and chicken essence and pepper.
6.
Serve ready to serve.
