Celery Stir-fried Thousand Sheets

Ingredients: Celery, two thousand sheets (about 200 grams), red pepper, appropriate amount of edible oil, garlic, salt, light soy sauce.

Many people eat celery only with stems and not leaves. In fact, this is not advisable. The nutritional value of celery leaves is much higher than that of celery stalks. The old leaves are removed and the tender leaves are left and fried together.
