Celery Stir-fried Tofu

Remove the root of celery and wash it with other ingredients.

Cut celery into sections and blanch it in a pot. Don't be too soft. Remove and drain; cut dried bean curd into strips, carrots, green peppers, ginger, and green onions.

Stir-fry the carrots on low heat a few times, then set aside, and fry dried bean curd, green pepper, green onion and ginger in turn.

Add the blanched celery after the aroma is released, and stir-fry quickly over high heat.

Add a little salt and a little vinegar, and stir fry quickly.

Get out of the pot and serve on the plate, let's eat!
Tips:
1. Celery can be cut off, not too soft.
2. Don't put too much salt, the celery itself is fresh.
