Celery Stir-fried Yuba

Wash the celery and cut it into sections with an oblique knife. The oblique cut surface is bigger and easier to taste

Rinse the soaked yuba with water and squeeze out the water

Stir-fry the scallions in a hot pot, then add the celery, stir fry quickly for 1 minute

Put in the yuba, stir-fry a few times, add a little clam powder (same effect as chicken essence, fresher than chicken essence and no peculiar smell) and appropriate amount of salt, stir quickly and evenly taste.
Tips:
1. Celery is best to use large celery or water celery, do not use parsley, the taste and texture are much different\n2. The whole dish does not need to be fried for too long, and the celery can be cut off.
