Celery Twice-cooked Beef
1.
Process celery. Cut into small sections, boil water in a pot, add a little vegetable oil, add celery to blanch for a few seconds, remove the cold water and set aside, blanch and fry for crisper.
2.
Cut the cooked beef into thin slices. The beef used here is simmered in the store's household seasoning until it's cooked through. (If it is raw beef, it is fine. Cut the skin thinly, marinate with seasoning, stir-fry in strong oil, add blanched celery, and stir-fry with seasoning.)
3.
Prepare onion, ginger and red pepper slices. If you like spicy food, add some red dried peppers. The cooked beef used is stewed with spices, and no other spices are used.
4.
Add oil to the pot and fry the onion and ginger fragrant.
5.
Add beef and stir fry a few times.
6.
Then add the blanched celery, stir fry, add a little beef broth. Stir the light soy sauce well.
7.
Finally, add red pepper flakes and stir-fry, add appropriate amount of salt to taste, then it can be out of the pan. If you like the taste of black pepper, you can add a little black pepper.
