Celery Twice-cooked Pork

1. Ingredients

2. Boil water in a pot and add pork belly

3. Boil the pork belly until it's ripe and take it out

4. Cut the cooked pork belly into thin slices

5. Shredded red pepper

6. Cut celery diagonally

7. Chopped ginger and garlic into froth

8. Do not put oil in the pan, add pork belly after heating, and fry slowly over medium and low heat

9. After frying until all the fat of the pork belly comes out, pour out the excess fat (you can fry other dishes) and add a spoonful of Pixian bean paste

10. Add celery and stir fry

11. Finally, add minced ginger garlic and red pepper, stir-fry until the red pepper is broken and add some salt.

Tips:

Don’t fry the pork belly too dry, or it won’t taste good
