Celery with Nuts

Wash the celery, blanch in hot water and cast to cool, control the water for later use.

Put the controlled celery in a basin, add the material oil and mix well, then add salt chicken essence and minced garlic.

Drizzle the mixed celery with sesame oil, mix well and put on a plate.

Cover the pine nuts on top of the celery. Put a little corn oil in a pot to heat and pour it on top of the pine nuts. The nuts and celery are ready.

It's served on the plate.
Tips:
Put the celery in the boiling water for 30 seconds, then you can remove it and let it cool. Long blanching time will affect the taste and appearance.
