Ingredients

Celery Yuba Carrot

1. Soak the yuba in warm water. It is best to soak for 4-5 hours in order to avoid hard cores.

2. Cut carrots, and celery.

3. Cut the soaked yuba.

4. Yuba, celery, carrots, blanched water. It takes 1-2 minutes. For the sake of deliciousness, I always have cold water after blanching.

5. Put in suitable seasonings and bake out.
