It was too hot recently and I didn't have much appetite, so I wanted to eat some appetizers, so I got a brain hole and made this preserved egg salsa. You can use it with steamed buns, French sticks, corn flakes, everything~

Ingredients

Century Egg Salsa

1. Dice tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, coriander, onions and preserved eggs

Tips:

Cucumber seeds and tomato seeds contain too much moisture. To prevent the salsa from becoming too watery, it is best to remove them
