Tips:

2. The bread machine I use alone kneading process is 15 minutes. Generally, two kneading programs need to run to knead the dough in place. The settings of each bread machine are different. When you try it, you need to do it according to your own bread machine. Adjustment.
3. The oatmeal in the recipe can also be replaced with other grains or miscellaneous grains. It should be noted that if it is raw grains, it needs to be cooked in advance. It can be baked in an oven or put in a heat-resistant container and poured into it.
