Chao Style Three Fresh Stir-fried Fish Noodles

Prepare the ingredients, defrost the fish noodles, cut carrots and mushrooms into strips, break the corn and place on a plate for later use

Heat oil in the pan, put the carrots, mushrooms and corn kernels into the pan and stir-fry until 7 is mature. Then pour the thawed fish noodles in, then add salt and light soy sauce to taste. After the color changes, it can be out of the pan.

Sprinkle a little scallion or coriander to garnish after being out of the pot (it looks brighter in color)
Tips:
The fish noodles need to be defrosted before cooking.
