Chaoshan Red Peach Kueh

Boil the glutinous rice into rice, soak the shiitake mushrooms and cut into small pieces, and stir-fry the prawns together in the pot, then pour the glutinous rice and mix evenly (because the mother-in-law worked hard before buying vegetables on the street, so I didn’t take pictures)

The starch and steamed kuey teow are also made into dough together with pho. (This was also done by the mother-in-law. I didn’t take the photo.) In order to make the color better, I put the red dragon fruit and the noodles together.

Divide the dough into small navels and drive them into dumpling wrappers.

Put the prepared glutinous rice and wrap it

Put it into the peach kuih mold and lightly press it with your hands.
