Char Siew Egg Fried Rice

1. Take a piece of barbecued pork (cooked), cut it into slices, and then cut into medium-sized diced meat

2. Drain the juice from the canned tuna, take it out and put it on the plate with the barbecued pork.

3. Prepare two fresh eggs to be beaten into a bowl, add a little salt and then beat

4. Prepare rice for one person (overnight rice is also okay~ this is also delicious)

5. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pan, pour the beaten egg liquid into the pan and fry until it becomes a block, take it out and set aside

6. Then pour the char siu pork and tuna into the pot and fry until fragrant for one minute

7. Pour the rice and stir well

8. Add a teaspoon of light soy sauce and a pinch of salt and stir-fry until delicious

9. Finally, put the scrambled eggs into the pan and stir well
