Charcoal in The Snow

Ingredients: radish, eggplant, salad dressing, cheese sauce, a little milk, a little salt, a little black pepper.

Puree the radish, put it in the refrigerator first, in order to make it feel more like snow, hahaha.

Cut the eggplant into sections.

Fry the eggplant in a frying pan.

Put ice water to cool.

Salad dressing, milk, cheese sauce, add a little salt and black pepper to make a sauce.

Arrange the eggplants with the skin facing up, and put on the grated radish.

Pour homemade sauce on the grated radish. It looks a bit like it! Hahaha
