Chayote Papaya Barley Soup

Peel the chayote, cut in half to remove the core, and then cut into small pieces.

Peel and seed the papaya and cut into small pieces.

Lean meat fly water to wash away the foam.

Soak the barley in water for 30 minutes.

Put all the ingredients in an electric pressure cooker, pour in an appropriate amount of water, close the lid, and press the soup button to start boiling.

The lid can be opened after boiling the exhaust. It can be seasoned with salt. My family doesn't use salt.
