Bergamot Chicken Soup

Brew the chicken cleanly, add green onion, ginger, rice wine, bacon slices, and 800 ml of water into the electric pressure cooker and cook for about 10 minutes, and then simmer for 10 minutes.

Wash the bergamot

Peeled and sliced

Pour the cooked chicken broth into the soup pot and remove the green onion and ginger

Add bergamot slices and simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes

The juice is thick and ready to be out of the pot
Tips:
Do not cook the bergamot for too long to avoid loss of nutrients. The bergamot chicken soup is sweet.
