Chayote Pork Dumplings

The chayote is cleaned and shredded with a grater.

Clean the shallots and chop them.
3.
Add a spoonful of salt, chicken essence, sugar, pepper, and ginger powder to the meat filling.

Add sweet potato starch and stir clockwise in one direction.

Add chayote and chopped green onion and stir clockwise.
6.
Add two spoons of cooking oil clockwise and mix well.
7.
Make dumplings.

Boil water in a pot and add dumplings when the water is boiled.

After the water is boiled halfway, tap water twice to cook.
