Chayote Salad

Ingredients: 1 chayote, a few broccoli, a few carrots, Kewpie roasted sesame-flavored salad sauce, white sesame seeds

Wash the vegetables, slice the carrots horizontally and cut into semicircles. Break the broccoli into small flowers and set aside. Peel the chayote and cut into 2-3 mm thick shreds. Boil water in a pot, and blanch the broccoli and chayote until they are cut off.

Keep the chayote water dry. Placing the plate: Use semicircular carrots and broccoli around the sides, and fill the center with shredded chayote. Drizzle with salad dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds. OVER
Tips:
The side decoration can be changed as you like.
After the chayote is blanched, let it cool before adding the salad juice to prevent the salad juice from melting and affecting the taste.
