Cheese and Bacon Blossom Bun
1.
One leftover bun, one piece of bacon, one piece of broccoli stem, mozzarella cheese, black pepper (optional)
2.
Use a knife to cut the leftover buns into tic-tac-toe flowers, cut the broccoli stems into fine strips, and chop bacon into dice. Be careful not to cut the buns to the end.
3.
The cheese and bacon are stuffed into the slit of the steamed bun, and some broccoli stems are sprinkled on the surface.
4.
Preheat the oven at 180℃, fire up and down, bake at 180℃ for 15-16 minutes
Tips:
1 You can also brush some egg mixture on the steamed buns to make them more golden in color.
2 Flower trees choose broccoli stems mainly because they are handy. Broccoli always has to break some stems out. You can match with chives and so on.
3 Black pepper is optional, sprinkle some to make it more complex, but I’m sure I forgot
4 In addition to pairing with bacon, ham is also a good choice
