I often see other people’s baked rice being a bit greedy, and I’ve always been curious about what it tastes like. I tried it by myself today, and it turns out that the taste is really amazing. Even my mom who doesn’t like seafood always praises this rice. Put some squid in the fried rice, it tastes great when you eat it, plus the taste of cheese, I really have to try it!

Cheese and Seafood Baked Rice

1. Prepare the ingredients and soak the clams in the water for two more days. There will be no sand when you eat them.

2. Pour oil in the pot, add garlic and saute. Cut the squid into cubes and stir-fry.

3. Add crab sticks and stir fry.

4. Add shrimp.

5. Add clams.

6. Add hoisin sauce.

7. Add a little hoisin soy sauce, stir fry and pick out the shrimp and clams for later use.

8. Finally add rice and stir fry.

9. Add a pinch of salt. Turn off the heat and add chicken essence.

10. Put the fried rice in a heat-resistant container, and place clams and prawns on the surface.

11. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on the surface.

12. Put it in an air fryer, 190 degrees for 5 minutes, bake until the cheese melts.

Tips:

1 Mozzarella cheese must be used to achieve the effect of drawing, and other cheeses cannot be substituted.
2 There is no air fryer, you can put it in the oven and bake at 220 degrees for 5 minutes.
