Cheese and Seafood Baked Rice

Prepare the ingredients and soak the clams in the water for two more days. There will be no sand when you eat them.

Add clams.

Add hoisin sauce.

Tips:
1 Mozzarella cheese must be used to achieve the effect of drawing, and other cheeses cannot be substituted.
2 There is no air fryer, you can put it in the oven and bake at 220 degrees for 5 minutes.
